Key Responsibilities
General Support Functions
- Help monitor and track BIR Reports-VAT, Withholding taxes, alphalist, Withholding tax certificate, BIR, SSS and others are paid on time
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors/bankGeneral Payroll functions
- Prepare SSS, Philhealth, HDMF remittances and other requirements
Support HR functions
- Handle tasks related to obtaining and maintaining proper legal status for employees,volunteers and consultants
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Facilitate medical insurance applications and claims for all staff members
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy or related course
- Experience in monitoring the use of the equipment and facilities of the Company
- Experience in providing day-to-day and/or project-based assistance to the Managementand Administrative team
- Highly resourceful, independent, and self-starting
- Suited to work in a fluid startup environment in the Philippines
