HR & Office Management Part-Time or Intern

Lexagle is looking for an HR & Office Management Intern who wants to put their organizational and administrative skills to work. This person will support the accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, and running software programs. They will perform a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

General Support Functions

  • Help monitor and track BIR Reports-VAT, Withholding taxes, alphalist, Withholding tax certificate, BIR, SSS and others are paid on time
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks
  • Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors/bankGeneral Payroll functions
  • Prepare SSS, Philhealth, HDMF remittances and other requirements

Support HR functions

  • Handle tasks related to obtaining and maintaining proper legal status for employees,volunteers and consultants
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Facilitate medical insurance applications and claims for all staff members


  • A minimum of a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy or related course
  • Experience in monitoring the use of the equipment and facilities of the Company
  • Experience in providing day-to-day and/or project-based assistance to the Managementand Administrative team
  • Highly resourceful, independent, and self-starting
  • Suited to work in a fluid startup environment in the Philippines
