We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience—translating insights and strategy into impactful product solutions that meet both user and business needs. Working closely with design, tech, and business stakeholders, you’ll guide ideas from concept to launch and ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Definition

  • Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and user data to identify opportunities and define clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop detailed product specifications to guide design and tech teams effectively.

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive product initiatives through the full lifecycle — from ideation to planning to release.
  • Prioritize solutions using data-driven and impact-based approaches and manage trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Participate in product reviews and sprint activities to ensure releases meet both functional and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with tech and QA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and smooth releases.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the bridge between product, tech, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly across teams.
  • Support project execution by resolving blockers, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring delivery against committed timelines.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in product management or related roles (business analysis, project management, etc)
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital product development in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Notion, Clickup and Figma.
  • Passion for technology and creating products that deliver real user value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
  • Familiarity with UX design or research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with AI technology and tools.
  • Technical fluency to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Certifications in Scrum, Agile Product Management, or Project Management are a plus.
