About Lexagle and the Role

Lexagle is the next-generation of enterprise software. Unlike traditional enterprise software systems - we are intuitive, beautifully designed for our users, and simply spark joy. We understand that the tools we use shape the way we work, and we are working to perfect the tools everyone will use for contracts.

Our clients are all excited about Lexagle as much as we are, and we are looking for someone that can translate this enthusiasm to crafting new features, and enhancing our existing ones. As we grow our product function, you'll work together with our Lead Product Managers to ideate, manage and execute product initiatives for our core product, Lexagle Corporate, and champion the message of making contracts spark joy for everyone.

You will have a hands-on role in developing the direction of our product and the culture of our company. No contribution is too small, and our previous product interns have delivered countless features to our final product. Working closely with our Product Lead, you will have the opportunity to progress your career & grow into a product leader in Lexagle. • You are a self-starter, and you're excited to be your best self at work and build a culture & company from the ground up
• You are deliberate about your ideas & decisions, and you are open to others challenging your thought processes to find the best solutions possible
• You work well independently and within teams, and you're not afraid to speak up if you are uncertain about something or you think something can be done better
• You are a good communicator, and you are confident in spearheading business outcomes cross-functionally across teams

‍What you'll be doing in your day-to-day:

• Build customer-facing product features alongside our design & engineering teams
• Write feature specs, and deliver them from ideation (what we call a 3-pager) to execution (in the form of agile user stories)
• Work closely with our design team to translate ideas & feature concepts into mockups & prototypes, and obsess over the user experience together
• Research on our competitors for feature comparison, and also do market research to inform our go-to-market strategy for different enterprise segments
• Build and refine our product analytics, and shape the way Lexagle’s product team uses analytics to inform our roadmap & feature decisions

We look beyond conventional CVs, and please do not be afraid to apply if you have no prior experience in product. We are looking for product interns that are passionate to make an impact in a growing industry (legaltech), and are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Lexagle has a good mix of technical & non-technical PMs, and we’re open to hiring across the spectrum.
