Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse market trends and buying behaviour for your territory.
- Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and/or events.
- Develop compelling marketing content, including email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing collaterals, to engage target audiences.
- Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and automating workflows to increase prospect engagement.
- Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for purchase-ready prospects.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements and optimise ROI.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the progress of each lead and performance versus targets.
- Work seamlessly with other functions like sales, product, and tech teams to ensure efficiency and effectivenss of all campaigns and workflows.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and find innovative marketing approaches.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry
- Must be comfortable liaising with high-ranking people in companies (CXOs): Must have the results in their lead generation experience
- Account-based marketing experience is a plus
- Must have experience in using lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
- Experience in using CRM software (Pipedrive) is a plus
- Must have excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, especially for B2B audiences
- Must have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation
- Must have a client-oriented mindset, must have a consultative approach to build productive relationships with clients
- Must have strong business acumen
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup setting
- Must be fluent in Business English
