Country Head - Australia / Indonesia/ UAE / Hong Kong / Europe

As Regional Head, you will be Lexagle's first dedicated in-country hire - equal parts market builder, revenue owner, and brand ambassador. You will own the full commercial mandate for your territory: building a pipeline, winning marquee accounts, establishing channel partnerships, and laying the operational foundation for Lexagle's long-term presence in the market.

You will work directly with the General Manager, who leads Lexagle’s business globally and have a high degree of autonomy to shape how Lexagle shows up in your country. This is a rare career defining opportunity that will allow you to define market entry strategies, execute your ideas, and build your own team around the results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Lexagle's commercial performance in-country, with full accountability for pipeline generation, deal closure, and quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Lead the full sales cycle independently locally
  • Develop and manage senior-level relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Lead client-facing engagements including executive presentations, product demonstrations, solution workshops, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with Lexagle's regional presales and product teams
  • Identify, recruit, and manage local channel partners to drive indirect revenue and expand market reach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline forecasts, deal tracking, and sales reporting for leadership
  • Provide on-the-ground market intelligence - competitive landscape, regulatory developments, customer trends to inform Lexagle's product roadmap and regional strategy
  • Support compliance with local regulatory requirements relevant to Lexagle's operations
  • As the market grows, recruit, onboard, and lead a small in-country team to scale commercial operations

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Technology, or a related field
  • 4+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience or any other SaaS related experience
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS or enterprise software to large organisations across any industry and department
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full enterprise sales cycle independently
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, enterprise procurement processes, and regulatory environment in the target country
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills in English and the local language
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as required
